Chaitra Month “Meditation for happiness and blessings”

The Veda Calendar Meditation on Mondays, March 21st ,28th and April 11th are Chaitra month.

Chaitra month starting March 15th.
It is said that Brahma, who is represented as the god of knowledge and creation, created this universe on the 14th day of this Chaitra moon.
Since then, it has gradually created planets and galaxies, creating seasons. Also, the concept of time was born for the first time by creating the movement of the sun and the moon.
This month is a very important and congratulatory month when the universe began, and it is said to be a special month to receive the blessing of the energy of the beginning of the universe.
It is said that by practicing well this month, you will receive the good luck and energy needed for the success of this year.
On another note, according to words of the Vedas, it is customary to start learning the Vedic scriptures “Bhagavad Gita” and “Ramayana” on the 14th day of the month of Chaitra, and it is said that reading them in this month is auspicious. It may be a good idea to follow such a tradition and deepen your learning about the Vedas.

Mr. Nirmal Raj Gyawali


He is a practitioner of the ancient wisdom of Himalayan meditation, having studied essential yoga (asana, breathing and meditation) from the age of nine at the Royal Arogya Ashram founded by his grandfather in Nepal. A thoroughbred of the meditation world, he began teaching royalty and dignitaries at the age of 15. At the age of 22, he completed his PhD in Yoga Meditation and graduated in Business Administration from the prestigious Tribhuvan University and became a meditation researcher with a strong business background. He is a professional educator who has taught in 20 countries for nearly 30 years and has trained over 100 yoga and meditation teachers since coming to Japan in 2003. Since 2019, he has founded Suwaru Inc. He offers numerous methods of meditation and mindfulness for modern life, such as the Nirmal method recommended for business people.
