【Her lifestyle】
“I’m a vegan, use organic ingredients, raw food, and only drink wine.
I go to bed early and get up early, and if I can afford it, I go to meditation, yoga, and even the gym. When I have time at night, I run lightly for about 10km. Running is a meditative time for me, not for my health.
I started yoga when I was 12 years old, but at that time there was no class and I learned by myself by looking at books.
After starting work, I encountered Ashtanga yoga, and although I had resistance at first, I felt the exhilaration and the mental healing effect that overturned the conventional concept of yoga, and continued Ashtanga in Japan for about 6 years, 2019 I decided to study in South India. I learned yoga anatomy, meditation, and pranayama as well as Ashtang there. I fell in love with meditation, which I hated, and realized the effects of meditation and the importance of breathing.”

If you can’t go far to the EPW’s lounge to join or may not be in time, we are going to also live stream on Instagram, so please have a look!
