We will hold 〜Let’s eat Hamburg Steak that President of Kakunoshin “Unckle Meat” Bakes !〜 in the April “EPW Special Friday”. Please enjoy freshly baked hamburg steak of “Kakunoshin” which is the meat specialty restaurant. In addition to hamburger steak, we also serve “Tamago-kake-gohan” using the seasoning “beef sauce” created from Japanese black beef.
*”Tamago-kake-gohan” is a meal made by mixing raw egg poured on top of hot rice
Hamburg steaks are baked at 17:30 / 18:00 / 18:30, with 10 hamburg steaks each.

Kakunoshin is a meat specialty restaurant that handles “kanzaki aging beef”, which is made by condensing the taste of Japanese black beef, mainly from Iwate prefecture, through a unique aging method.
The reason why we have restaurants mainly in Tokyo is that in Tokyo, where people gather, we thought that having people experience Iwate’s “food”, including aging beef from Kanzaki, would lead to the development of Iwate Prefecture.
As a “showroom” that lets more people know the charm of Iwate Prefecture, we have a total of nine unique restaurants in Roppongi, Shibuya, Nerima, and Tokyo Station.
In addition, the hamburger steak series made with all Iwate ingredients is very popular at the online shop.It has been featured in many media.Last year, due to the rapid increase in demand due to the corona virus, we recorded record sales of 1.2 million units a day, or 100 million yen in value.
Born in 1971 in Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture, to a family whose livelihood is a cow connoisseur.
In 1999, he started the first yakiniku restaurant "Kakunoshin" by serving cattle to be fattened at his parents' ranch.
In 2021, there are a total of 14 restauranta in Iwate, Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Shizuoka.
Currently, he is engaged in beef sales, wholesale / food processing, store management, restaurant management support business, and beef enlightenment activities for "Kanzaki Aging Beef".
