Pausha Month “Meditation to boost metabolism and promote detox in preparation for the midwinter”
The Veda Calendar Meditation on Monday, December 20th is Pausha month.
In the Vedic calendar, the month of Pausha begins on December 16th.
From now on, it will get colder and colder, and the season will be toward midwinter.
The power of the moon becomes brighter, and on the contrary, the time when the sun is shining becomes shorter, and the power becomes weaker.
It is believed in the Vedic teachings that the power of the sun inside us weakens and the power of metabolism diminishes, as if in tune with it.
It is such a meditation that you feel the power of the sun inside yourself and raise that power in order to raise your metabolism.
Meditation that is effective against poor circulation and can be detoxified is the perfect meditation for Christmas, New Year’s holidays, and this cold season when you often eat more than usual.
Let’s increase the energy of the inner sun so that we can survive the cold winter in good physical and mental health.
